A awesome looking house right on the beach of Ohope. With a full 180 degree view of the ocean from west end through to east cape. Downstairs being polished concrete and up stairs being native kauri flooring this modern looking house felt very homely. The clients were out of town at the time of the build and were awesome to deal with and communicate ideas through the phone and email. The house was finished off with an awesome outdoor entertainment area and exposed driveway. A real head turner down ocean road.
