A beach front section in Coastlands with 180 degree views of the coast line. This two storey modern designed house ticked all the boxes for the clients. The house being based around an alfresco room with a louvre roof, premium outdoor Engel Fireplace and a glass door with views out to the ocean. Once again the clients were great to deal with and gave us the reins when it came to features in the house. A beautifully landscaped house which is one not to walked past on the beach.
